This policy describes what the app actually does with your information.

What we store

• Account details: email address, display name and language preference.
• Content you create: portfolio records, upload records, saved research, collections, research history and saved AI metadata.
• Images you add to your private image library for reverse image search. You can delete them at any time.
• Usage records (for example, that an AI generation ran) used to apply plan allowances.

Images you process

• AI tools send the image you choose to Google Gemini to generate metadata or a visual fingerprint. These images are not stored by Nexora unless you add them to your image library.
• Background removal runs entirely in your browser; those images never leave your device.

Third-party services

• Google Gemini (AI analysis) — subject to Google's terms.
• Marketplace APIs, only where connected (currently none are active unless listed as connected in the app).
• Our hosting and database provider, which stores your data.

Access and security

Your records are protected so only your account can read them. Administrators can see account-level information (email, plan, usage counts) for support and abuse prevention, and their actions are logged.

Your choices

You can edit or delete your records in the app. To delete your account, contact us using the details on the Contact page.

Owner action needed: add the legal entity name, jurisdiction and a privacy contact before launch.
